Four decades. A lot of businesses. Plenty of lessons.
I became an entrepreneur young and never really stopped. Over the years I've built companies across multiple industries, learned how to sell, market and generate demand, and discovered that every business eventually has to answer the same question: How do we get more customers?
I've had wins, losses, pivots and reinventions. I've made money and lost money. Some ideas worked better than I imagined; others taught me exactly what not to do next time.
I don't believe experience means having all the answers. It means having enough scar tissue to ask better questions — and enough curiosity to keep learning.
